How it works
How do I get a job done through MyMaintenance?
It's straightforward:
Tell us what you need — describe the job, attach photos if helpful, and let us know your preferred timing.
Receive quotes — we match your job to suitable vetted tradespeople, who submit their quotes through the platform.
Choose and confirm — you pick the quote you're happy with, approve it, and the job is booked.
Job done, record kept — once the work is complete and you're satisfied, payment is released and the job is automatically added to your Home Passport.
How quickly will I receive quotes?
For most standard jobs, you can expect quotes within 24–48 hours of submitting your request. For urgent or emergency work, contact us directly and we'll do our best to fast-track a response.
During our pre-launch phase, the team manages requests personally, so response times may be slightly longer — but you'll always hear back from us.
